1. Submit Your Papers (Full Version, not abstract only)
Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers of 4-6 pages (including references) in standard IEEE double-column format.
All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to the IEEEXplore Digital Library.
Please submit your paper via EDAS. New users are required to register with EDAS before paper submission.

2. Review Process
All paper submissions will be checked for originality. Due to IEEE policy, papers with high similarity score may not be accepted by the conference.
All submitted papers are subjected to a peer review process by 3 reviewers.
Decision of a paper acceptance is based on the average score and the comments given by the reviewers.
The accepted papers must be revised according to the reviewers’ comments and suggestions, before inclusion in the conference proceedings.
Manuscripts that have been reviewed will be notified of the results of the review: Accepted or Rejected.
If your manuscript is
Accepted, then proceed to the next stage: Payment Registration.
3. Payment Registration
Registration MUST be done after your paper is
Accepted and before uploaded the final manuscript (camera ready)
Registration payments are made via EDAS using a credit card at an exchange rate of US dollars.

Confirmation is automatic because it uses the EDAS system. If your payment is successful, the status will change to PAID.
Special for Domestic Participants, Registration Payment can be made by local bank transfer.
4. Upload Final Manuscripts (Camera Ready)
Before uploading the final version (camera ready) of your paper we kindly ask you to verify if your PDF is compatible with IEEE Xplore.
All conference articles submitted to IEEE sponsored conferences must be in IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF format.
IEEE offers
PDF eXpress as a free service to IEEE conference authors, allowing you to make Xplore-compatible PDFs
or to check PDFs you have created yourself for Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function).
